You don't want to learn how to use a barbell, trap bar, cable column, squat rack, kettlebells, trx.

You aren't cleared for exercise from your Doctor, Physical Therapist, Chiro, etc.

You'd rather figure stuff out on your own solo

You prefer a loud, packed gym with lines of people waiting for equipment
